Bella fleura doesnt not explain to the consumer that the trial period actually starts the day you order their product. So its 14 days including the day you order it. Terrible business approach

i agreed to a free trial and shipping and handling. i called your company 3 times and yet to have it resolved. the last agent i spoke to was very rude. and i am now waiting for a call back that i doubt i will get it. i have been charged 98.41 for 3 bottles on auto delivery which i did not authorize. it said free plus shipping. i want my money refunded I recieved 3 months and didn't realize they were charging me 98.41 for each bottle. i did... The same thing happened to me today!! I am beyond pissed!! There customer service is terrible too!! The one guy even hung up on me!! They did offer me a 30% discount that I won't get until 5-10 days!! That doesn't help my bank account today!

Tried sample size. Called to cancel and talked to rudest customer service person. Never do business with this company. They lie about canceling your account and still charge your card . They suck.

Totally scammed! I thought it was a sample and agreed to pay shipping. After two weeks I saw a charge on my account for $98.41. I called and they basically said "too bad". I went back and looked and it said you have 18 days (4 of them are a grace period) and the woman argued with me. Ordered their product from an ad on Facebook. Called and cancelled product and several weeks later noticed an unauthorized charge of $98.41. Called to complain and spoke to Virginia ID# 1458507 and asked for an immediate refund. To date, I have not received my refund. I experienced the same as all of you say here. Let's all file a complain to the Bureau of Consumer Protection: https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc I'm so pissed off with this company Hoku or Bella Fleur whatever it is called. This is a scam, it misrepresents free trial, pay for shipping and products free. Then out of nowhere a deduction from my account aprox 200$ this is shameful.

I also got scammed by Hoku Bella Fleur. They sent products for 5 months and charged my debit account a total of $979.10. They refunded me $400 and still owe me $579. I changed my debit card, filed at the WI Consumer Protection dept., filed in small claims court and contacted a process server in St. Petersburg, FL. They give 3 different addresses in St. Petersburg,FL. They also go by the assumed name of Face Cream LLC. It appears they exist only... Read more

Although i didn't need any of the trial items that I recently purchased from them, i went back onto their site to see about another item, when I decided to view the their Terms and conditions and there it was, stating they would continue to charge you for additional shipments!
