Scammed by Bellavita/Nita Anti Aging Serum

Bella Fleur - Scammed by Bellavita/Nita Anti Aging Serum
I, too, was scammed by Bellavita/ Nita Anti Aging Serum. Instead of the Free Sample Special Offer for $5.95 (S&H charges), they designed a clever website, where AFTER they take your cc info, you're forced to keep clicking "continue", no other option is available. Each time you click continue, another product is added. I was so upset, I called them immediately at the 800 #, within 15 minutes of "placing my order for the $5.95 trial product", that fatal clicking haunts me. A young-ish guy answered, no name was given, of course. I explained that the prompts kept adding other products after they took my cc # for the $5.95 sample offer, the ONLY product I wanted, which I explained clearly to this CR fellow. The nameless guy said he was “unable to refund my money.” I persisted, told him that he needed cancel the entire order immediately, that I was angry and disgusted, I now wanted Nothing from them, no free sample, nothing. He told me he "could not refund, or cancel, my order," that I had to "wait 14 days and call back to cancel the order." WHAT??!! I said, "Wait??!! Wait for what? Cancel the "order" NOW." He refused, over and over, simply refused. The package of 3 dinky, paltry, products arrived 3-4 days later, no company name, just a PO Box 35330/St Petersburg FL 33705 sticker. Slim shady- slick operation. These people are shysters, slick, rude cons. This was immediately after the order for ONLY the $5.95 TRIAL offer, ALL I had expected to pay for. That’s all I had initially wanted, nothing more. I'm now writing the FTC. These shysters need to be Shut Down. They charged my Paypal $99.98, which I disputed immediately. Now, they're saying I didn't call within the 14 days! Theater of the absurd. We're still in dispute mode. I'm going to fight this all the way to my last breath.

Bella Fleur/Hoku 100% SCAM

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I experienced the same as all of you say here. Let's all file a complain to the Bureau of Consumer Protection: https://www.ftc.gov/faq/consumer-protection/submit-consumer-complaint-ftc I'm so pissed off with this company Hoku or Bella Fleur whatever it is called. This scammer wasted my time, and now I will write my bad experience on the internet as much as I can, so no more innocent consumers get ripped off. This Hoku/Bella Fleur kept charging my credit card although I complained to them. As I expected, this scammer told me she can't refund, but I disputed and blocked the continuous charges. People please do not tolerate scam businesses like Hoku/Bella Fleur. Dispute the charges you never agreed to pay, and please report to the Bureau.

Totally scammed! I thought it was a sample and agreed to pay shipping. After two weeks I saw a charge on my account for $98.41. I called and they basically said "too bad". I went back and looked and it said you have 18 days (4 of them are a grace period) and the woman argued with me. I asked to speak to someone higher up, she said hold on, she came back on and said thank you for calling - goodbye. Bellafleur, Revitify Serum, Synergy Life, Jersey Consolidated LLC, Linkstar Corp., Nutra Skin; are all SCAMS FROM THE SAME COMPANIES

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Bella Fleur - Bellafleur, Revitify Serum, Synergy Life, Jersey Consolidated LLC, Linkstar Corp.,...
My story is not much different than the others here. I ordered the Free sample of the Bellafleur having to give my credit card to pay for shipping. $4.95. I received the free sample and never opened it. 2 weeks later my card was charged $98.41. I called the same day my card was charged, they said I had 14 days to cancel my subscription or would be charged the full amount. ( for the sample they sent me) I asked to speak to a supervisor, one did not exist. I pleaded for a full refund, but they kept offering me more deals, but never a complete refund. I remember reading where someone else offered to mail back the unused unopened product and they would give a full refund. I called back again. 877-834-****, return address: PO Box 41542 St. Petersburg, FL 33743. Cassandra stated they would allow a one time exception and refund my full amount $98.41. I requested a RMA number, which they emailed me along with the instructions to return the item. They received the product on Oct. 9th , 2015,which I confirmed with USPS. I sent Cassandra an email requesting my refund and attached a picture of the USPS confirmation. Today, I receive an email back stating: Joan, Per system records we have received and confirmed your return. However, due to the fact that our product was returned back to us opened you are not eligible for a refund. Thank you for contacting Bellafleur Customer Support -Cassandra This is a blatant lie. I never opened the box or product. Which now I could not prove. I called back today, the customer Service person opened my file and read back to me the same email. I said to him, how can you or I prove the product was u opened. First, he offered a 60% refund, then an 80% refund, after more begging pleading he gave me a refund for the $98.41. I am like a dog with a bone, I was relentless to get my refund, but; I was calm the entire time. I did lose the shipping and the FREE SAMPLE, but that was a blessing to get back my refund. This company whatever it's real name is a SCAM. The BBB could not find there name from their phone number or product names, they sell many of theses miracle cure products. The only Corporate names I could find where the ones I listed in the review Title. Please don't support any of these products or companies, they make a living by taking advantage of people like myself and you. Don't give up your efforts for a full refund. Same issue as most of the others. Charged your card after 14 days for $90 without permission before you ever received the free sample.

Total SCAM! Stay away!

I just ordered this as it was offered to me as a sponsorship to promote this cream. Actually, a different name but it is the same company.

I was a little hesitant of ordering it but I thought I'd give it a try. However, after reading your review, I will send it back. I just review it today but I do not want to take the risk of being charged that much money.

It's ridiculous.

Although i didn't need any of the trial items that I recently purchased from them, i went back onto their site to see about another item, when I decided to view the their Terms and conditions and there it was, stating they would continue to charge you for additional shipments! I immediately checked on the other items and there it was. I contacted them and cancelled any additional shipments before receiving trials. Now, based on reviews, I'm afraid to try them. What's sad is that I decided to try it based on a statement/photo I saw claiming that Dr. Oz/Oprah are sharing this product with the public! Hmm, what's really going on!

Deceptive and Fraudulent company

Ordered their product from an ad on Facebook. Called and cancelled product and several weeks later noticed an unauthorized charge of $98.41. Called to complain and spoke to Virginia ID# 145**** and asked for an immediate refund. To date, I have not received my refund. Have written to Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency to complain but yet to receive an answer. I have several emails from Hoku Bella Fleur regarding this complaint and what I have requested from them. They are scamming the public, which is fraud and deceptive practices. PEOPLE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS EVER!

Hoku Bella Fleur Scam

I also got scammed by Hoku Bella Fleur. They sent products for 5 months and charged my debit account a total of $979.10. They refunded me $400 and still owe me $579. I changed my debit card, filed at the WI Consumer Protection dept., filed in small claims court and contacted a process server in St. Petersburg, FL. They give 3 different addresses in St. Petersburg,FL. They also go by the assumed name of Face Cream LLC. It appears they exist only on the internet so a forensic computer specialist would have to be hired. I already invested $139.50. Is it worth going after the remaining $440. It depends on what the forensics computer specialist charges. That's what Hoku Bella Fleur counts on, that people will give up.

Logging on to a familiar site, I was offered a skin cream to try for a FREE trial ($4.95 s&h only). In 2 weeks a charge for $98 appeared on my credit card. I called customer service and they said that I had agreed to a 14 day trial and agreed to pay for the full jar if I didn't "cancel" by the end of the "trial period". I read things very closely before I purchase and I would never have agreed to these terms. I saw no "actual" price and I wouldn't spend $100 on skin cream anyway. When I asked to see the agreement I was directed to a page with just those terms listed. I still don't believe I saw them when I ordered, let alone agreed to them. I just don't do that. When I called I was very firm and they said that although they would credit me back 50% if I didn't dispute the charge with my bank. They said all they had to do was show that I had agreed to the terms and I would get nothing from my bank. It was 50% or nothing. I probably should have asked her to wait while I got my bank on the line, but "hindsight...". I told them that I would not officially dispute the charge (fraud), but I would talk to my bank about it. She was just a kid and had to keep running to her supervisor when I kept accusing them of fraud. I told them I would accept the 50% refund, I wanted my account terminated (get the confirmation # and the CSR name and location). I also told her that I would out their fraudulent business on any social media platform I could find. I also said that I was going to "talk" to my bank about it. I am also contacting the site that had the original offer on it. As you can see from these comments, many have fallen into this trap. All we can do is be very nasty (threatening fraud) to get some of our money back and warn others. Hit social media! This is a trap!

*sigh* not a fraudulent offer, these kinds of deals are all over the place. You could have read the fine print.

They are entirely legal.

They prey on the GREED of the consumer, as you expect a great value for far less than you are willing to pay. If it were so miraculous a product, didn't the free (plus s&h) part of the offer give you a -single- moment for pause.

And said familiar site...

I'll lay 10-to-1 odds it was facebook or Instagram. Some people will fall for anything.

Hey, I know a Nigerian prince that needs some help...

Guest

I had the same exact thing happen to me. The way it sounds it was probably the same co.

The only difference was with mine I found there was also a magazine subscription added to my order that was a food or dining , in no way related to my order & best of all the cost was $200 a year(not). I managed to get a refund minus the make up co $36 dollar process & handeling fee of the magazines in wich they had nothing to do with.

Learned my lesson real quick & found that not everything they sneak in is not in writing or verbally relayed to you. So beware.

Guest

I am going through the same thing right now. I am in need of an address to return the product so I can show proof to my bank so they will get the money back from them.

Does anyone have an address for this despicable company?

Guest

I just had the same thing happen to me with the same company. They didn't offer me 50% back like they did with you.

They said all they could do was cancel my next order. I also read everything before I sent for the trial size and never read anywhere that if I didn't cancel within 14 days that it would cost me $98.41. I went into my bank account and when I seen the charge of $98.41, I immediately called them to fight the charge. Needless to say the guy, Evan, who I spoke to told me there is nothing I can do about the charge.

I told him there was no *** cream out there worth $100 and he said I should've read the fine print. I hung up on him but I am not done with this company screwing all of us over like this! You said you were going to post about them on social media.

Did you? I am going to put it on Facebook so none of my family or friends get screwed over by them.

Bella Fleur is a SCAM!

First and foremost this company never explained that after their trial period they would charge an excessive amount of money for their product to be auto shipped. After returning the product for a full refund as they stated would occur, they argued that the product was opened when in fact it was NEVER open or used. After several phone calls to their unethical customer service I was advised that nothing could be done and was simply ignored through out the phone call. I am currently with out the creams I returned and with out the $200 that was debited from my account. This company disgusts me.

Bella Fleur Cream Free Trial Review

Do not order any of these produacts from this company!! I was on Facebook saw this ad was reading it. Started to fill out order sheet then stopped because I was getting ready to move out of my house to do some work to put house on the market. The next thing I know I am getting phone call from women from this company. I tried to explain why I wasn't going to do the free samples right now. She was very persistent and kept stating all I would have to pay for was S&H. I finally said ok and ask if there was any obligation to products she stated everything would come in box. When the samples came I had just started the process of packing up my house and didn't have time to open the package which is still not opened. My phone conversation with her was on May 14th and on May 26th the S&H was deducted from my bank account for each product. Then on May 31th they deducted another $98.41. When I called the 888-747-**** customer number I talked with Jessie (man) to let him know what had happened. To my surprise I was informed that it was a 14 trial then you are charged the $98.41 because you are given a 30 day supply. He also at that point told me my account was bill another $98.41 for the other product on June 3rd. I told told him this was totally unacceptable because I was told none of this in the beginning. He then stated why did I wait till now to call about this. I had to go over the same conversation I had at the beginning. He then stated he would cancel my order as of today and that the $98.41 they just deducted today would be credit back to my bank account. He also stated he would give me a 30% credit on the other deduction. So as he is doing this I start getting e-mails which state they are crediting back to my account $29.52 for each product. Then when I told him I was sending the unopened products back to them and I wanted a full refund he stated that I had kept him on the phone for 15 minutes and he had other customers to help. I asked him for the full companies name which he gave me he asked why and I told him I was going to report this company to the BBB he hung up. So please learn a lesson from my experience with this company. Please let all your friends and social media know what a complete scam Hoka/Bella Fleur is!!!!
